We’re proud to share another success story – this time for PT Fitness Ltd, a Chester-based fitness company that unknowingly fell victim to energy contract mis-selling.
A thorough review of the company’s energy agreements revealed that their costs had been artificially inflated to include hidden commissions, added by the energy broker without PT Fitness’s knowledge or consent.
The claim was made against the broker in relation to contracts arranged with Scottish Power for electricity and Crown Gas & Power for gas.
