How we assess if you have a claim:
- We’ll ask you to send over a comparison or contract that the broker provided to you, alternatively you could send us a bill for a meter that the broker put in place for you.
- An expert from our team will discuss your experience and conduct a free review.
- If we identify a mis-sold amount you are unhappy with, we will open a claim against your TPI to have the monies returned. If the case is won, we take a small percentage of your reclaimed monies as a fee.
- At your request, we can ask the supplier to end the contract early or negotiate a cheaper price for the duration of the contract.
