Some brokers do offer genuine services to help clients save money. However, if you’re not aware of how much you’re being charged, you can’t make an informed decision—even if services are included. Transparency is key.
Unfortunately, suppliers often won’t disclose broker commissions. Many suppliers have agreements that require them to leave commission-related questions to the broker. In our view, this lack of transparency is part of the problem.
You can, but there’s no guarantee the information will be complete or accurate. We’ve seen many cases where brokers provide incomplete or misleading information. Our investigation ensures that everything is verified independently so you can make informed choices.
It’s unlikely. Most claims are resolved without legal proceedings. In the rare case your claim does go to court, your solicitor will support you every step of the way.
