We have expanded our legal partnerships to better service our clients

We are pleased to have appointed Leeds-based law firm, 3volution, as an additional legal partner.

3volution, which describes itself as a ‘boutique commercial law firm’, will assist the team at Business Energy Claims by managing claims from UK businesses to recover hidden commissions and losses from the mis-selling of energy contracts.

Business Energy Claims research shows mis-selling by energy brokers is costing UK businesses in excess of £1billion per year. If you have used an energy broker in the last six years to secure your business energy contract, you could be owed thousands.

Callum Thompson, director at Business Energy Claims, said: “We are delighted to announce our partnership with 3volution to support us with our clients’ claims.

“Due to the volume of claims we are now managing, it was really important for us to expand our legal partnerships and 3volution stood out as a firm who we really wanted to work with on this as a result of their vast experience in commercial disputes.

“We are confident that our clients’ cases are in safe hands with 3volution and look forward to working with the wider team.”

3volution, was established in 2011 and covers services including: commercial law, commercial litigation, corporate, banking, employment and reputation management.

As a boutique commercial law firm, 3volution does not cover all services in commercial law, however they are proud to provide the highest quality service in the work they do and to work with trusted third parties to cover the work they don’t do.

Tim Stone, partner at 3volution, added: “When we were approached by Business Energy Claims, I was really impressed and interested by their approach. Not only are they aiming to claim back monies owed for businesses across the UK, but they are also working with necessary organisations with the aim of addressing issues in the industry as a whole.

“It is not often that we in the commercial law industry have the opportunity to get involved in something that could have such a positive impact for UK businesses and we’re looking forward to working with the team and their clients in the coming months.”
