Our client has been awarded the full amount of the secret commission paid to their energy broker, NRG Corporation, after the Judge ruled that they were acting in the capacity of an agent. As such, NRG owed fiduciary duties to the client and as they had failed to disclose their commission to the care home, the commission should be repaid in full.
